I think I'll put this up for all to see; so we don't have any future incidents where kids play airsoft on private property, and end up putting a bad image on airsoft. *knock on wood*
Below I am listing known airsoft playing fields; I will modify as people can post other names of fields. Remember, these have to be well known and LEGALLY OPERATED; meaning don't send me something like "The woods behind my house" or "My friends ranch."
Keep in mind almost all of these fields have EXPLICIT DATES OF PLAY, you can't just walk on them with your guns and expect to play. It should also be noted that some of these fields may close as time goes by. Lurk around the Texas airsoft forums to find out more information. Stay safe, stay smart.
Austin: -Tactical Paintball -Texas Paintball
Temple: -Temple Airsoft (duh)
Dallas/ Fort Worth Area: -Dallas Fort Worth Adventure Park (DFWAP) -Quarry Creek -Forney Field -Fast Action Airsoft

im locking this thread, not due to the fact that they are other fields, there are. please feel free to go to NTA, houston airsoft, lonestar, setac, and others to get the info on other fealds.
i cant say if the other fields are legally owned and run, i do know that one field listed has closed down, and others are in my opinion not run with airsoft rules, or have had major issues with safety, and play area injuries. no dont ask me here about it.
i just am not going to have this forum appear to sanction fields that i have no idea about. IMO that would be poor steuardship of this forum.
on second thought i will keep this thread open, but keep in mind that many of the fields listed have not been checked out to see if they have minimum standards, some do some dont. and some no longer are open.
the following have shut down in the last year or so texas warzone warfighter USA gray fox houston indoor airsoft dallas indoor airsoft renisance records indoor

Yeah, I am actually going around facebook once people submit some of these fields, as well as checking out the forums to make sure that these fields are actually legal/sanctioned.

Texas Warzone does not have a disclosed location. I have talked to the owner before, and he's working on that. Quarry Creek and Forney Field check out; they are privately owned, and I have talked to a couple of NTA members that have the places checked out. Denton field; I am not listing yet, as it sounds very sketchy on the NTA forums. This can be rebutted if I can get any solid ownership info.

Tactical Paintball is out of Harwood Texas - it's a stretch to say it's part of Austin's fields, but I get why it's categorized as such, since it's really in no-mans-land.
Tactical Paintball is about 50-60 miles outside of Austin depending on what part of Austin you drive from.

Yeah, it's a bit difficult to categorize it, but a good majority of the Austinites live in S. Austin, so they consider Harwood to be a "close" field to them. I live in North Austin, so I consider that... pretty much almost Schlitterbahn territory
