Are there any teams recruiting at the moment? I live in the Austin area and am willing to join any team in TX. I currently run my own team but things aren't going as planned and I'm having trouble finding dedicated players to role with. I have ended up attending several ops without my team and am finally deciding to just join up with another team. I'm only 16 but I have 6 years of skirmish experiance, 3 of those years of which I have been attending milsim operations around the country with my uncle. I've started attending games at KHF almost once a month and other skirmishes at other fields. I'm good with internals and am very experiance with the sport. I'm willing to be taught if older players wanna pick me up. I'm a responsible and honest player. I'm very dedicated and take the game seriously. Please contact me if you have any good news for me. you are in high school, bring some friends out and start drumbing up the hobby, you will get people that way.

I have plenty of high schoolers that play. They just wont go to milsim ops.

Well don't call it MILSIM...that makes it sound like it's too hard.
Yeah there are the MILSIM players...but you don't have to know a lick of military anything to come out play and enjoy the game. |

ok here is the deal, in the intrest of helping the hobby along if you really want to start a team i will give you 4 free passes to the field to start with. they pay for rentals and BBs. how is that?

But just know...donations or hard work on the field are great way to pay him back out of the kindness of your heart for all the nice things he will do.

the best way to do it in your situation is to start your own team.
its a little harder, but you can promote the team, hand pick the people, get the gear and make people get what you want.
its a little more work but the comunity can help you.

Well start off with plating with non-MILSIM players...mold then teach them the ways...then see if they like MILSIM....
then boom you got yourself a team.

Parkerd13 and I have a bit of a milsim team. We are a ways from the Austin area though. Google Normangee tx it may pop up. We have about 4 right now and would always welcome more.
