ok im saying this not as a "expert", i hate that word most of the time.
when you go out and ask the world via internet "what gun should i buy" you are going to get lots of answers...... here are some problems with that.....
1. people confuse the real guns with airsoft, I love my 1911, i use it at home for home defense...
2. they tell you to get there dream gun they will probably never get. so you can get a gun they have never fired.
3. get the high quality gun, it only costs more than a real one (TM)
4. get this gun, then by the way you have to upgrade the slide, etc, etc, etc.....
5. buy this gun, it shoots great, yada, yada, ow yea and its for sale. hint hint
6. you need to get gun X, its only been out of stock for 2 years, but its a great gun.
7. it works great with new bats, AAs
8. dont get the we, get a capcan, no get a socom, no get a XXXXX. they are the same gun made at the same place by the same people.
simple my shop is open, come and shoot them before you blow your money on a gun you may hate.
rant over.

And the fact that 95% of the people on the internet that answer those questions have no idea about quality, internals, or external build, they just go by price tag or what "this one guy said"

My canned response:
And like Dave said, check out what he has at the shop. And go handle a few others AEGs (with their permission of course). With the range Dave has out by the shop, it's a nice place to shoot a few different AEGs and get a feel for them.

I and others are always happy to let new players see and shoot our weapons. Sometimes you really don't like what you think you will.

Yes sir, it's the way that works best. Let people touch, see, and use your replica. That way they get 1st hand experience.
