Noun: The faculty or power of seeing.

Sight is the word you're looking for.

A combination such as this:

G&P Red and Green Dot

G&P Anti-Glare Protection

You can see the anti-glare cover screwed into the front of the sight. Instead of the bb hitting the glass, it hits the honeycomb metal. Thus protecting your lenses. And yes, I've seen that shot happen a few times.
