I have had issues like this with Co2 mags before. (Airsoft and otherwise)
Normally for me it's always been that the seal that is around the thing that pierces the Co2 capsule is either dirty, dry, or cracked.
Although if the seal is cracked or otherwise torn...you may need to purchase a whole new magazine... unless you can find another replacement for that seal.
Being the way I am... whether it's good or bad for me... I always end up opening up the guns I own to look inside and see how they work, that also means the magazines that accompany them too.
I usually clean the seals or any dirt or particles that may be on them and I also spray a little silicone spray on the seal and the valves and o-rings in there.
A little lubrication is good for keeping your gun running longer and can sometimes even seal very small leaks.
Another thing you should look for is if the seal assembly isn't sitting loose on it's threads. A little tightening (dont over do it cause you may damage the assembly) will do the job.
Also you can check to see if the screw you use to advance the Co2 capsule towards that seal and get it ready to shoot is too short.
If it's too short it may not be fully pushing the Co2 capsule up to form a solid seal. What you can do for that is either get a new longer screw OR do what I've done and put a spacer in between the bottom of the Co2 capsule and the top of the screw.
All that does is give you that extra space to tighten and maybe give you enough space to seal snugly.
I've done this to my guns and to other players guns at one point or another, but only because I am comfortable enough to do it... otherwise I wouldn't do it. So tread carefully a fix could be as easy as cleaning and re-lubing a seal or replacing seals and o-rings... so BE CAREFUL.
Hope this help in some way.

Pretty much what nbusta said is correct. I worked on countless, paintball markers electric/and mechanical. CO2 mags have the same concepts, a release valve, gas chamber, etc etc. One thing you should always do with any kind of air power source is keep it clean, lubed just enough, and make sure there are no kinks, gouges or anything abnormal with it. Also the seals on the actual magazines, I would use DOW 33/55. Creates a seal so no air escapse, a light coat should do it. Then apply the silicone based lubricant to the external seals, then a drop or 2 in your fill valve
