A special note on rules of ngagement. Anarchy Airsoft will be hosting this event, along with Texas Milsim Association, whose rules of Rules of Engagement will govern this event, which are generally the same, with the following small changes:
AEG / GBBR - 400 fps m.e.d. 20ft.
Pistols - 350-/+ fps m.e.d. 10ft. (optimum)
Support - 450 fps m.e.d. 50ft.
Sniper/DMR - 450-500 fps m.e.d. 75ft.
Grenades (all types) - kill zone small room size (25-30 ft. dia.)
No parlay or bang rules.
Knife kills only with approved rubber knives (no sharp edged knives).
Waivers must be signed prior to each game or event.
Full face masks for those less than 18 years of age.
Goggles and glasses (ANSI rated) on during game play at all times.
Event Specific Engagement Rules:
Absolutely NO Airsoft weapons in the Refugee Camp.
Two special type of attacks can be used either in the Refugee Camp or out in the AO.
Stunners:
NERF dart weapons are permitted as “Stunners.” Players should NOT aim to hit another player’s head and head hits do NOT count and do NOT cause the hit player to be stunned. If a player is hit elsewhere by a NERF dart fired from a weapon (throwing doesn’t count), that player collapses silently to the ground and remains stunned for two minutes. A stunned player does NOT display a red kill rag when stunned.
Brawls:
NO physical contact or fighting. All brawls are to be simulated using “Rock, Paper, Scissors.” The challenger approaches within arm’s length distance of his or her chosen opponent brandishing a closed fist and states loudly “Brawl! Three, Two, One” If the defender cannot or does not immediately close his or her fist in response and begin the “Rock, Paper, Scissors” three-count, the defender is automatically KO'd by the challenger on the count of ONE; if the defender “fights back,” the winner of the “Rock, Paper, Scissors” round is considered to have landed a good punch, and the loser is KO’d and must immediately and silently collapse as if unconscious for one minute. In case of a tie, the brawlers have the choice to do another round, or to stop brawling.
Anyone can revive a KO'd player by shaking them awake and helping them get back up. A player does NOT display a red kill rag when KO'd. A KO'd player revives without assistance after 1 minute.
Two or more challengers may “gang up” on a single defender in a brawl, as long as every challenger in that brawl does “Rock, Paper, Scissors” at the same time; this way, it is possible that the defender might be able to KO one or more of the challengers before being KO'd himself.
