Attachment DeletedThere will be at least five production Facilities located on Miranda: Water treatment facility; agriculture center, manufacturing plant, mine and pharmaceutical lab. The first two produce water and food, essentials that all people need to survive. While the military factions will receive enough of each from off-planet and perhaps have some humanitarian aid to share, most settlers will need to get these from the facility or have it brought to them by ship. The manufacturing plant will be producing parts that ships and other facilities will desperately need, while the pharmaceutical lab provides bandages for gun-shot wounds and medicines to prevent break-outs of disease; most notably Pax. The mine provides fuel for ships and raw material for the manufacturing plant.
Those who want to be the starting Boss (the owners of these facilities) should apply to organizers. Each Boss will receive a deed to the facility that entitles that person to resources generated, the profits from same and a budget to hire workers to boast production and security to guard it. In the event, the Facility is attacked or even captured by the lawless, both military factions are bound by law to come to the aid of the legal title-owner to the Facility upon request. Of course, taking title to a major piece of action on the moon give you instant wealth and power – do with it what you will. Be the Ba Wong (tyrant), corner the market and starve the world. Or share your resources willingly to make Miranda a better place -- like a stupid hippy. Or be a shrewd businessperson, accumulate wealth and add to your Facility collection. Or lose it all in a card game in the first thirty minutes of the game (titles are fully transferable by signatures on the back – even if said signature if procured by a gun to the owner’s head).
