I am new to airsoft. I am 69 years old with polymyositis. I am also recovering from open heart surgery. I served for 3 years in Viet Nam. So I have some familiarity with warfare. I am not sure that I could manage the physical challenge to be on an assault team. I am, however, a dead-shot with any weapon at any distance. I believe that I could be helpful in support roles either as a machine gunner or as a mortar-man. I will have to work up to CQB. It is not an issue of skills, but of stamina. This is on my bucket list. Team leaders let me know if you could use me.
