My name is Cole my dad bought me a springer pistol and it made me get interested in airsoft I'm new to playing but I know about the different weapon types. I was originally going to try FAA because it was closer but they are relocating I need advice on a good beginner AEG that isn't too costly also do you guys sell gear and different mag types? (BTW I'm 13 and live in McKinney

King arms will get you a nice starter platform plus it is compatible with nearly every type of mag out there if you are in to M4s But if you are looking into something cheaper JG has some nice m4's as well.

Echo1 is also good. if you want king arms here is a good starter pack. it is a pretty decent gun and it comes with a battery and charger. I would highly suggest getting a smart charger and not using the included one. www.evike.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_44_485&products_id=35201this one is also good, but it doesn't come with a battery so you would have to put in another $50 or so on a battery and smart charger. www.evike.com/product_info.php?cPath=21_44_485&products_id=33573this page usually has really good deals on it. (even thought some of the guns say lipo ready, they not for the most part.) www.evike.com/specials_00.phpas do these: www.airsoftgi.com/blowout-clearance-deals.phpwww.airsoftgi.com/wholesaledeals.phpI highly suggest getting an m4 for your first gun simply because of the limitless upgrades/replacement parts their are. they are the easiest to upgrade. also, NEVER put .12g bbs in the higher end guns(anything not out of walmart). cannot stress that enough. if your on a lower budget, lancer tactical released some pretty decent guns for $100. their not great, but their upgradable, so you can make them better over time. if you already knew most of this, sorry. lastly, welcome.

To be honest airsoftgi is meh.... of all the online sites to buy from evike or airsoftmegastore are the ones to go to. Both pay for return shipping if it breaks and megastore has a no bs money back policy as well.
That or get one at the local store.

I've only had 1 minor issue with evike and it was taken care of. Great site. Never had a problem with GI. Although the the blow out probably isn't for a new person. Also, I've heard almost exclusively bad things about megastore. Also, watch out for their "sales". They jack up the price, and then put it back to normal and call it a sale. Not always, but a lot.

I've ordered from both GI and evike and had no issues. I've heard stories of stuff arriving from evike broken or missing parts, but they were all taken care of. If you order from either of those sites, don't forget to use the coupon codes to knock down the price a little. But be cautious, using coupon codes will void the "Free Shipping" deals, so if you're above $100 for GI ($80 for evike) it would be best to calculate which one will give you the better deal.

I'd advise checking out Dave's shop first. Comparable prices, plus the fact that they have been tested, and you don't have to pay shipping.
