I have been ordering various batteries for non-airsoft projects over the year as well as airsoft use and have a nice surplus of spare batteries that are sitting here needing friends. I have bricks, butterfly types and sticks for ak style slots. All these batteries have at least 15-20c discharge rates (most have 25c+) which will give you a lot more power then those crappy 10c airsoft lipos that retail for $50+ dollars.
All my batteries are $20-22 for sticks and bricks and $25-28 (depending on the mah of the battery) for butterfly types. I have plenty of both 7.4v and 11.1v variations as well as if you want them in deans I can hook you up with that as well. Will ship in a small flat rate box if you really insist.
I also have a few chargers I can part with for about 15 bucks (like 2 or 3) but you can get a nice one off amazon for about 20-25 bucks (amzn.to/13b2dHV which is the same one I use when I am at home. Works great!)
YOU NEED TO USE A LIPO CHARGER AND NOT STANDARD AIRSOFT CHARGERS. Using the wrong style of charger will damage your battery and could cause damage to you, your gun, could cause world war 3, zombies, or other bad things. No really, please use the correct charger as there is a reason why they have a different 3-4 pin lead.
Just let me know how large your battery location is and what style (or gun) you have and I will hook you up with the correct battery you need/want. I will try and get you the highest mah batteries possible that will fit in your location.
Ill post a notice also when I run out.
If you need any help deciding if your gun can handle it please feel free to pm me or even talk to any of the experienced players or members. 98% of guns out there can handle 7.4v lipos perfectly without changing anything.
If you want to switch to lipos and are not sure if they will eat up your gearbox then hear me out. 7.4v lipos are no more powerful then your average 9.6v battery and will not eat your gearbox for breakfast however will give you the faster RoF you want. The perks of switching to a lipo are too great to pass up. They will increase your trigger response (if you fire your gun with a lipo in it at someone who pulls their trigger at the same time with a nimh battery your gun will cycle faster due to how lipos work. Nimh batteries have a slight warm up time which can make all the difference in the world. Lipos are also much easier to charge compared to their mimh counterparts, with nimh batteries you toss them in a "smart charger" and once they heat up to a temperature they trickle charge. This is not good as sometimes your charger will say the battery is good to go, but an hour in to playing and your already switching batteries because it really is not fully charged. With a lipo they are fully charged when they hit a certain voltage. Any lipo charger will automatically detect this and cut off the charger. The result is a battery that will be fully charged every-time you pull it off the charger!
Now if you do not take care of the batteries (like say hit them with a hammer or run them over with a car or use a standard mimh charger) they do have tendency to start puffing up. When this happens you do not want to continue using the battery. However out of all my years dealing with these batteries I have only had a small amount start puffing on me and that was due to me charging them WAY to fast using a $100 charger that can adjust things like that (you really don't need one but they are nice )
*I will test all the batteries before I hand them off to make sure you are not getting any bad ones. However they still could damage your gearbox due just general wear and tear.*
If for some reason your lipo starts doing something funny please do not throw it on the ground and walk away. Lipos need to be recycled like any other electronic equipment and can cause harm if disposed of incorrectly. This is the same for nimh batteries as well. Plus you wouldn't want to damage the best field in texas now would you
If you would like a battery please send me a PM with info and I will be happy to help out as well with any questions. Or hell even post in the thread
All money will help me continue my airsoft career!
