here we go again, had a great game last year... this year we will have armored vehicles represented.
tan / MC / forces are on the US side
US and British airborne
Irish guards, XXX corps. (armored)
green / grey / black will be german
6th FJ
10th SS (armored)
116th HEER
anyone that comes in WWII uniform will get in 1/2 off (jacket, pants, headgear, weapon)
there will be patches
cost will be 40.00 for a day and night game.
sign ups will be open july 1st

Are there mag requirements? Trying to figure out if I should invest in the M1 Garand with lower bb capacity or go with a Thompson...

the way the game is going to work is that there will be 2 phases. during the first phase it will be airborne (101 US and 1st british) vs german forces. the germans will have the armor and will try to remove the airborne from the drop zones.... this will have a points system for holding the bridge and drop zones...
after lunch all the "airborne forces" will move to the building and become XXX british corps and they get the "armor" for the afternoon battle. again points will be given to checkpoints along the way. this way both sides get the vehicles and will provide for some dynamic play in all parts of the field...
THIS IS A WWII BASSED GAME BUT YOU DO NOT NEED WWII GEAR TO PLAY...
during the lunch break we will be discussing the possibility of a living history airsoft club in the area.
