As you can see on the title I am looking for an M4 platform or similar that is 100% TM compatible.
Why? Because if you've looked through my WTS thread I'm getting rid of my KWA M4. Not because it sucks or its of poor quality but because some of its parts are proprietary and that means a lot of guess work as to what I can and cant buy to upgrade it.
So my question to you my fellow community is this...
What airsoft replica manufacturers make replicas that are 100% (or as close too) TM compatible?
While you are at it if you have any useful info on said brand or aftermarket upgrade parts that are 100% TM compatible please do tell.

I know JGs are exact clones, at least in my experience.

jg and echo 1 (since they are the same bodies anyways) should be 100% compatible.

I believe VFC uses slightly different pistol grips, but TM-spec grips can be modified to work. (narrower and closer to real steel)
And no I don't speak from personal experience on the G&P, but everything I've read points in that direction, and I've spent quite a bit of time on forums.

So the vfc grips are closer to RS or were you talking about TM grips?

So far the brand in the lead is G&P.
Followed by G&G and JP.
And VFC.
Anyone else have hands on exp with any of these?

jg is a clone of tm so it should be a perfect fit.

Apparently you don't know how clones work lol.

A clone of a clone of a clone....leads to jacked tolerances.
So to clarify...which clone is the better of the many clones out there?
