Does anyone have a tutorial on how to install a h-hop? I haven't found one yet. Thanks!

H nubs/X nubs/concave spacers aren't new, they were a fad a few years ago but now people have mostly stopped using them. If you want a drop in upgrade, just get a good bucking like PDI or Prometheus.

I use the more of the X style bucking in all my stuff. Its sort of like the H-hop but less material on both sides. TBH they do lower the fps a bit more due to the way it grips but I have noticed a large improvement over the standard shaped ones. I usually get either the madbull or the shs-x ones. Also when using these I notice that a little adjustment on the hopup goes a LONG ways. If I were to move it just a little to much it would fly right up. It should just be a drop in replacement as nothing special is needed.

There's been quite a bit of discussion on larger forums about soft nubs vs. hard nubs, the general consensus is that soft nubs are better so I avoid X nubs/H nubs/concave spacers. I've never had good results with Madbull buckings either. As with anything airsoft though, your mileage may vary.

Systema and Element are two different companies, I have no idea what you're talking about.
