Yes I know it's a walmart gun, but is it worth $30 to buy and then possibly upgrade? Is it even upgradable? I've heard people say that's it's the only "good" walmart gun. I was wondering what you guys thought on this.
Thanks, Wildmann.

30 dollars? Not bad. Should be just a rebrand of a clone gun. Probably a JG.

Yes, you could upgrade it, but then your stuck with a gun with horrible externals with fake "Aftermath" markings everywhere. If you just need a cheap loner, sure go for it, but as a gun you'd use on a regular basis, it'd be worth it to get something a bit nicer.

Why not angrygiant? I'm focusing on the price point of this gun, as I assume he is getting it well sued at that price point of 30 dollars. I do however agree that the gun is not worth it's price new.

Ya, I would never buy it used! I was thinking of more of a gun to fix up, and maybe lend to a friend.

Hang on, I'm confused. You mentioned 30 dollars in the original post, what was that about? No, I wouldn't buy it new. You can get the same gun without the big trademarks on it, for cheaper.

I'm pretty sure that's a rebrand of the CA Sportsline, they had one at academy and seem to have the same blue inner barrel... overall it doesn't seem to bad if you can get it for less than $100 (ebay). Otherwise just get something else to rent/loan (CYMA AK!). On the other hand the EBB M4 (Black Ops Viper?) they have at the walmart in my neighborhood seems like a POS, lots of grease all over the gun and out of it. Plus when they put "Blowback" on the package it shows the stock moving so... I'm a bit late but you never know, someone else might look at this thread for the same reason as you created it ;D and the more info the merrier!

Hey, that Walmart M4 didn't feel too bad. It actually was blowback too, although much too loud for my taste. Plastic was better than the Lancer Tactical, that's for sure.
Uses APS parts inside, so I dunno what will and won't fit internally.
I don't have one of those, just used a friends at one point.

Well the usual airsoft brands like jg are always fine because there is an expectation when it comes to its body quality. The inners can always be upgraded... Hell taking a $115 gun plus $30 of upgrades can turn it into a beast
