Greetings. One of your members suggested posting to this board to appeal for extras and maybe permenant character actors for a youtube series about the second american civil war.
Background...
American Revolution 2 is the story of a divided United States. After a sudden and terrible financial collapse, brought upon by out of control Federal spending, the country is plunged into chaos. The northwestern, Midwestern, and Southern States assert their sovereignty to enact reforms in defiance of Federal Emergency Powers Acts which place food, water, fuel, communication, and transportation resources under control of the Federal government. The rest of the nation bows to Federal power, and declares the other States to be in “Insurrection”. The President requests UN military aid to forcefully return the newly created Independent States of America back into the Union, at any cost. This is the story of the blood shed, of patriots and tyrants alike, which refreshed the Tree of American Liberty.
The first project is to create the concept trailer by April 30th to win a video contest. First prize is 100k dollars and will go directly into funding the series, which follows how characters deal with the invasion of the Independent States of America by United States and United Nations invaders.
I need anyone interested in any way to add Patrick Henry on facebook. You can find him by searching for "americancivilwar2@gmail.com" Please spread the word. I have an extremely limited time frame and budget to make an amazing trailer. But I know with the legions of freedom loving Texans out there, anything is possible, and I sincerely hope to have some cool scenes with a small army of you guys taking the field.
