Hello,
My name is Daniel Baggett, and I'm looking to get back into airsoft. By no means am I a n00b. I was a part of another community in Oregon called Airsoft Pacific for 6 years.
I'm a big MilSim player. I'm more than happy to play relaxed casual games, but if there's a big MilSim OP going on, you can bet I'll be there. Most of my kit is impression based, and my two big impressions I do are US Special Forces and Aussie SASR (yes I liked SASR before they were featured in Medal of Honor).
As far as impressions go, I'm well acquainted with other SOF groups as well. So if you want to build an accurate impression, talk to me. I know SF, Rangers, AFSOC, MARSOC, NSW, SASR, and a few others. And I know them well. So if you need help, shoot me a PM. I will also be posting a couple kitlists for SF and SASR, as well as a thread on accurate replica gear for those of you who want a legit kit, but can't afford the sexy US made gear.
Thanks for your time, and I'm looking forward to getting out and
shooting with you guys.
S-19 out.
Edit: Forgot to say I'm in the Army. I'm an 11B.
Edit 2: I apologize now if some of my posts regarding impressions, namely my US Special Forces kitlist, has put a bad image upon me. After talking with Dave I can understand why some of may have a bad idea of me, but I can assure you that I'm solely here to get out and shoot, as well as make some new friends. My posts are merely here for anyone who has ever been interested in doing an impression, or wanted to have a team with some uniformity. The two main teams I played on back in Oregon were impression based, so we all wore the same to similar equipment. We did it simply because we enjoyed the uniformity. Again, I'm sorry if these posts have cast a bad image upon me, and I will do my best to show you that I'm here just meet new people and enjoy the sport of airsoft.
