I don't always do AAR's. But when I do...
Anyways, let's cut to the chase.
Briefing/Safety/Chrono
Pretty quick and straightforward. Surprisingly, almost everyone knew the basic Risk gameplay mechanics coming in, so that also accounted for the quick briefing.
Game One
Fun fun fun fun. Usually friendly fire incidents were one of the inevitable things that happened alongside in Risk, but surprisingly, there weren't any that I was aware of throughout the day. Probably because our ROE for the tan team I was in, was to "Shoot anything wearing multicam or has a black top." The cool weather was also favorable for my run-and-gun gameplay style. We'll get to that in a bit later.
Lunch
Just want to make a note here, that I was walking around, and noticed Hillcrest's lunch consisting of copious amount's of Shipley's Donuts and Whataburger. We'll get to that in a bit later as well.
Game Two
Oh this is where the fun begins. Remember Hillcrest's lunch? Yeah? Well guess who started gaining the upper hand in Game Two? Remember kids, donuts give you superpowers. This is also the game where "Kanga slipped running-and-gunning after trying to take down a flag, and sprained his foot." Major props to Clan Reckoning for this one, one of the guys from CR who was nearby saw to it personally that I was escorted to the admin area. Outstanding act of sportsmanship there.
Town Battle
I played spectator/Taji for this one, mainly just filming, and hoping that someone would walk into the Conex that had a Thunder-B attached to the door. Rabit and LT kept using that particular Conex as cover.
Overall, I had tons of fun. It's always a tremendous honor to play with Hillcrest or Clan Reckoning, and getting both on the same field, well, that's a party.
