Will the golden weasel be in play during risk? And Dave, you said you might be able to work in knife kills when the golden weasel is in play. So if it's in play on risk could we try knife kills? (obviously dummy knives)

Probably not, but Dave has the final say.
Why are people so obsessed with knife kills???

saves bbs and doesnt give away your position to nearby people. that is, if people follow the dead dont speak rule

So you would rather have to get close to people and say "knife kill" instead of say "safety kill" from 20 feet away? That has no logic behind it lol. It's a lot more dificult to get a knife kill than a safety kill. And knife kills would have no purpose in the GW anyways since the engagement distance is 5 ft.

Probably not, but Dave has the final say. Why are people so obsessed with knife kills??? Because it's considered "cool" in Call of Duty.

If you shoot someone in a 5 foot range in something like te golden weasel were there are other rooms, someone will hear it, but if you knife people, someone 1 or 2 rooms away might no know, so you wouldn't have given away your position to everbody

if its NOT a CQB game than all engagement distances are 20 ft. CQB games are special days.
you can do a knife kill on the field, this will be followed by a 6 month ban from the field followed by a lifetime ban for the 2nd knife kill if NOT durring a specific CQB match.
got it? thanks dave

Are there any spots in there that are 20 feet? And I'm a little confused about CQB. The golden weasel is 300 fps or lower. But I've seen that there are CQB guns for normal days that are supposed to be 350 fps or below. What's the difference?

90% of the sight lines in the GW are 20ft or more. if you cant tell whats 20 feet then please play at another field. 300 fps is the new national regualtion.
confusion over?

I think so. But just to make sure: on a non-CQB day, all minimum engagement distances are 20 feet regardless of the fps of your gun, without special permission. Correct?

ok im going to try to be nice about this shadow..... you keep trying to push the rules and or try to find work arounds... i set the rules for everyone to be as safe as can be for this sport.. the rules are set for a reason. i take the safety of all players over any field fee i would ever get from someone not willing to follow the rules.
if you want to use 8mm, hot 600fps guns, knife kills, no face protection, with no MED... then i know some fields i can recomend. the rules are posted follow them, its not hard just read them and follow them thats all i am asking of all the players.
thanks

I'm not trying to get around them. I just haven't played in awhile so I'm not up to date with the new rules so I was trying to make them clear so I don't make a mistake and cause problems

If I have upset or insulted anyone in any way, I am sorry. These questions were not intended to find a way around the rules, they were so that I could learn the new rules and stay safe and keep others safe. Again if I insulted or upset anyone, or caused problems in any other way, I'm am sorry
