phase 1 (10:00-13:00) US forces will "drop" in deep beyond the city (82nd) and prior to the city (ninmeigan)(101 abn) to secure the 2 "bridges prior and on the far side of the city. this will allow the British forces (XXX corps) to move on to assault the Arnhem beach head.
British forces will start at the Belgium/Holland border (goggles on sign) and work to link up with the 101 to the 82nd to the 1st British airborne at Arnhem. lead forces will be the Irish guards under col van deleer.
British engineers are needed to clear mines and em-place mines needed to stop the 116th / IIpz.
US respawns will be at the marked DZs, after 2 respawns all airborne troops revert to XXX corps. this makes the airborne weaker and XXX corps stronger as the battle goes on.
British respawns, goggle on sigh at the start of the river road.
dutch civilians will be in play and will not be trusted due to sympathizers and fifth elements.
German 6th airborne will be task with defending bridges between the town to the Belgium border @ under 30% with 70 % being deployed trying to hold back 21st army (UK). after 21st army is held the remainder of the 6th will be redeployed to retake any lost ground at the bridges. bridges near XXX corps MUST be blown, bridges away from the town must be kept in German hands to ensure German reinforcements ease of movement to the battlefield.
II PZ Corps 9th PZ div must secure the town of ninemagen and hold it till reinforcements reach them in the form of 116th PZ div (OC in forced). the town must re mane in German hands to stop XXX corps.
German tanks are low on fuel and spare parts and will be required to capture fuel to be able to launch offensive missions.
add on mission destroy any bridges captured by XXX corps on order from army HQ.
dutch SS will fall under II PZ corps on demand for deep missions.
9th PZ pioneer bn will be able to deploy mines on one road to stop XXX corps for 30 min. mines (at least 10 must be used) on the river road.
german respawns will be in the trenches area marked by a black flag.

Dave could we get tanfor and greenfor up? Dude you don't need a tanfor greenfor section. 95% of ops don't even have them. Be responsible and organize yourself. Communicate with others at the field, chat in PMs, get peoples numbers and call them. You'll end up being more effective then since most people don't check the forum that often. If you want to be commander put in some more effort. It'll work out for you better this way. Trust me. If you really want to earn respect and have your team behind you even try to set up a team meeting at the field or something. Tx-Com does. Sometimes we even go out to eat just to relax while we talk about more important team matters.

Once we have the updated maps I'd like to have a meeting. Both to coordinate my own group and to coordinate 6th airborne and second PZ so that we work together and not independently fail.

I'm trying to work through the scenario here in my mind, but there are several factions you list that are either typos, or are not in the "units" roster thread...
who are the 21st army (UK)?
Which british forces are you talking about starting at the goggles on sign?
Do we only blow the bridges "near the XXX corps" when they've taken them, or before to halt their advance?
If the UK 21st is advancing over the bridges between town and belgium border, what advance are the other 70% trying to halt and where?
THe rest of my questions can wait until we have a map to reference.

first graphics respawn for all germans will be II pz corps HQ respawn for XXX corps will be the goggle on sign, start will be on hill (marked) respawns for 101 and 82nd will be marked on ground for 1st and 2nd and 3rd respawn.... 4th and furthur respawns will be with XXX corps as british ground forces. 9th PZ must stay in there sector and will only be allowed to move out of sector twice for raids outside of sector. who are the 21st army (UK)? thats the overall force in northern europe that XXX corps falls under (google it)
Which british forces are you talking about starting at the goggles on sign? in phase I thats all the british forces
Do we only blow the bridges "near the XXX corps" when they've taken them, or before to halt their advance? blown bridges delay respawns and resupply. that will stop you dead if you let them be distroyed.
If the UK 21st is advancing over the bridges between town and belgium border, what advance are the other 70% trying to halt and where? orders, push forward and link up with 1st abn (phase II), keep bridges in tact. blown bridges will stop your advance.
and belguim is behind you, you start at the belguim / holland border. clear???

Mostly. So 70% of the 6th FJ is going to be in the hedgerows holding back the XXX corps, while the other 30% will be back near the town defending the bridges against airborne troops?

yes, remember that durring sept 44 a tank in the open was a dead tank in the open. the USAAF and RAF owned the sky. dont worry it will work out for you.
