I'll be releasing the entire process for squad creation soon. Kinda working all that out right now. I want it all to take place electronically so that i can just copy/paste information into a global roster
This may be the way we do things from now on if it goes smoothly.
Also: I'll be running the global roster at AirsoftEvent.

MULTPILE leadership roles for each side of this event will be available
We'll need 3 platoon leads and a ranking officer for each side.
The jedi and sith will also have a commander in chief on the field who will assist in the overall strategy.
Each squad will receive missions as they trickle down from upper command to platoon level. A whole platoon may execute a mission or a mission may be given to an individual squad, such as "recon".
You'll see some large scale battles due to this including all the sith and jedi that accompany those groups on their missions.
I'm taking applications for platoon lead at Geddon@GeddonsGames.com
Still up for grabs is the Imperial force commander and the Republic Force commander as well as the lead Jedi position

Should get some of those spider man silly string shooters for the force lightning. make it look like its coming from the persons hands lol.
Oh I'm going to get my kendo stick out again and go over my swings and blocks. Going to put some practice into this one.

We've run through a lot of basic defensive drills for 1h and 2h sword Its unbelievable how much better he got from practice 1 to practice 6. But being that you don't have to use any kind of realistic form or technique to win a lightsaber duel, a lot of your typical sword form is inadequate to protect you from certain strikes. We may be modifying the rules to not include outright hand shots since there's absolutely no crossguard or hand protection and in our heavy practices someone almost always loses a hand right away from sliding saber contact. its impossible to put a proper bind on the foam sabers imo. Still toying with the idea. |
