I am having a bit of trouble (and maybe that is slightly intended) in picking out my perk point selections ahead of time. This is mostly due to sheer ignorance...so forgive me if any of these details are supposed to be reserved for game day or "explored" on the battlefield. 1. What chems, props, technology, etc exist? (This is the least likely to be answered I assume). 2. I was considering shock trooper, but what happens when a grenade is thrown at a super mutant? 3. Do shock troops get to load explosive devices, ration primary ammo, or do they get ammo for those devices? 4. Does wearing power armor increase your RAD resistance?

1) Explore the wastes my friend 2) Grenades kill super mutants 3) Tier 3 combat gives you no kind of ammo priority. Bring your own grenades. There are some explosives that will be provided through in-game processes if you are lucky enough to get one. They can only be used by tier 3 combat. At least one of these explosives is mission vital to two factions. 4) Do you really have power armor? The short answer is no. In all actuality, a metal suit would probably kill you faster... kinda like how a car ends up "hotter" on the inside than the outside

I tested the lenses with 450fps at 5' - not even a chip.

Just shooting the lenses isn't really enough to pass/fail it. It needs to be rated for the impact. I'm assuming you meant a full face mask
