Be sure to bring water if you are coming out, if you don't, and you complain of dehydration of any sort, I can fix the problem

EMT-B's are good for driving ambulances. Even if you are national certified it doesn't matter, you still have to be Texas EMT certified to do any sort of treatment. Just saving you a headache if someone decides you hurt them further in the process.

Oh I know I'm just joking around, was going to bring hydration salts for any complainers. The good stuff. I'm not doing any real treatments. Not worth the head aches or pains it'll bring me. I know my emt-b limits and such... It's disappointing but it is what it is.

I thought salt dehydrates you... (basis: salt water is worse than not drinking water in terms of hydration). How do those work?

When you sweat, you sweat water and salts/electrolytes. The hydration salts are essentially the salts/electrolytes your body needs for 100% proper hydration, along with plenty of water of course. They are a big hit in basic training due to heat injuries and the nasty taste. But keep the taste part on the downlow.

also just added..... after the movie there will be a short 30 min night test game in the town,,,,, bring it. Me, Ace, Predator, the daddy m60, and Bopeep will be there Sat, probably Sun, and absolutely there for this night game test. Can't wait! Also, this $100 thing dave is offering is a sick deal. I think about it this way.. if I spend $100 and get $20 free. That's 20% discount. Even if you bought straight BBs this way you would probably be making a good airsoft investment.

I'll be there and what time is the night game? Well if the movie starts on time (8PM) and runs about 2 hours (description says about 1 hr 45 min, add in some previews maybe) i'd put a safe bet on 10:30PM or so

hope the night game proves successful and goes smoothly with no problems, and opens the option for longer more frequent night games in the future. And once i get my black uniform, night games will be a advantage for me

I'll absolutely be at both the day, and night game. The dark woodland doesn't blend so well during the daylight, maybe it won't be as bad at night

Well my friends and i will not be able to attend this game, stuff came in the way. Although I hope the night game proves successful and I am wondering if you can take some pictures of the town with its lighting on at night, just curious how epic it looks (also spotlights on the towers would be cool . And I am positive my friends and I will be attending at the end of May and will be buying quite a bit of stuff, My friends will be buying the same uniform as me along with a new gun most likely, and I will be getting that m16. Hopefully you will get another night game going then and maybe later on this summer a vietnam gametype

I've been an EMT-B for over 16 years and I've done much more than just "drive and ambulance"! im not here to get into a pissing contest SOP is very limited to a EMT-B. I've done more than most civilian emts, others can say the same to me. If you done more then that is good for you, nothing said was meant to be offensive to anyone. But as a senior medic to another medic, i stated that to advise him of stupid litigations that can and have happened. Again wasnt directed at you, no need to take every comment like a personal attack on you. @von - very good point made, wish everyone had your mindset

i think that this has been beat to death... simple answer, my field my rules... anyone with med exp will be used apropaitly within reason to provide FIRST aid only to stabalise or stop bleeding.
anything above that will require a scott and white EMT team that is just 5 miles away.
clear? thanks dave
