I need a pistol that is gas efficient, has a good range, and has a high fps. I bought a cybergun Jericho 941 because on the package it said and I quote "MORE THAN 250 SHOTS WITH ONE CO2 CARTRIDGE". This entirely FALSE. It got MAYBE, MAYBE 50 shots before it ran out of gas. It also said that it was 345 fps with .20 which was true for the first half of the shots or so and that it had a range of 132 feet. It does not even come close. Do not buy this gun. I am returning mine and so need help in finding one that actually does get 200+ shots a cartridge and has a high fps and has a good range. If you know of any please tell me. Thanks. Also it needs to be abou $50-$60.

What your looking for doesn't exist as far as I know, do you realize how tiny a CO2 cartridge is and how much gas would be required to shoot 250 BB's?

There are several other guns on megastore that say they get 200+ shots per cartridge. And yes I know there small.

they lie you are only going to get 3-4 mags (20 shot) out of one CO2 cartrage,,,, EVER. thats like the 400+ fps thats printed on many boxes then they cronie out at 300fps when you get them. and GBB guns even get less. one way they get 200+ shots from a CO2 is at optimal temp in a sealed enviroment in a vacume with .10 BBs 9test BBs) in a lab. if they can get 200 shots, just once they can post that.
so if you have a GBB in cold weather you may only get 1 mag per CO2.

Well just about every replica you get will be crappy on gas efficiency.
Then add in all the variables (temperature, user input and maintenance, etc) and you have some sad times.
I have a SOCOM Gear 1911 MEU its running on Propane. Before I did anything to it, it had an FPS of 280-310. It would fire about 5-6 bbs out of the 12 the mag holds.
Also the mags had a slight leak that I could hear as well. Very small leak...but still a leak.
Obviously not ideal for a sidearm that might get me out of a tight situation out on the field.
So to the point...to get better results you may need to modify your mags and make sure you have no leaks on any mags and that all the seals are clean and not cracked or otherwise damaged.
Now my 1911 is shooting an average 345-350fps and it will go through 2.5-3 mags on one gas fill...that's 36 bbs. ^-^
But you wont find a pistol that will shoot 200+ bbs on one fill.
I have a Co2 Jericho myself but its a .177 so it's not an airsoft gun. But I all I did to it was make sure the seal where the cartridge gets punctured was clean and not damaged, and the valve that gets pushed in to release the air into the bb to propel it was clean as well as the threads, once it was clean and clear of damage I sprayed a little bit of silicone spray onto the seal and some teflon tape to the threads of the valve loaded a cartridge...it held a charge for about a month as compared to the leak it had before that only help the charge for 2 hours.
As far as gas efficiency it used to go through like 30 bbs before the gas was used up...now it goes through about 80-90bbs.
But even with all these mods its up to the user to understand that if you fire fire fire fire your pistol giving it no chance to let the gas settle you will get lower fps and less gas efficiency.
Hope it helps, if you have any questions feel free to ask. I fix gas pistols as well... ;D

Shadow, you should really take Dave up on checking the guns out. It's the best thing to do, so you know what you're getting, as opposed to your bad experience with the gun you got. Personally, I'll not order another gun online. Only one I can get hands-on with at the field, either from Dave or another player.

I'd recommend a KWA GBB over all three of those, yeah they cost twice as much, but you get what you pay for.
Oh and just about everything AirsoftMegaStore says in a guns description is total BS, you'd be much better off buying from Dave or a reputable online dealer.

I think I'm gonna keep the Jericho cause I just had a faulty co2 canister. I bought 2 guns an the other one got like 100 shots before there was a noticeable performance decrease and then there was another 20 or so shots before it ran out.
