A quick breakdown of the Operation!
Based on the popular Fallout game series.
This powerful mix of hard core milsim and immersive role play brings you into a post-apocalyptic setting many years after a nuclear holocaust. Life is brutal, supplies are limited, and many find themselves caught in the middle of a terrible terrible power struggle. If that wasn't enough, the horrors of the wasteland provide a constant challenge against basic human survival in this strategy-driven event. Choose from six different factions as you make carve your name into the brutal wasteland.
This event encompasses unique details that will set it apart from any other event you have played. Every player will fulfill a role in one of six factions. Military factions will be sent on campaign missions while roleplay factions must immerse themselves in the story and environment of the game to generate tasks. All of the ammunition for this event is provided by the game director. High quality BBs will be found in ammunition stores, sold by in game vendors, or looted from the corpses of your fallen enemies. You can "purchase" your ammunition from traveling tradesmen with your supply of bottlecaps. Bottlecaps may be brought from home (up to 50) or earned for completing missions. Any standard bottlecap from a soda/beer bottle will do.
Each player in this game will have a role card. On that role card you will choose from a list of "perks" that will improve your performance as well as help identify the unique traits that you bring to your faction. Players will choose from the categories of Combat, Medicine, Technology, Chemistry, and Social to create a unique character role.
Choose your path, then choose your faction!
MILSIM: (Love hard core battle? pick one of these factions)
All milsim factions are required to commit one perk point to Combat
Enclave (Green)
This powerful military faction makes up for its small size with additional ammunition reserves. Claiming to be led by the elected president of the United States, the Enclave's oppressive regime is working to take back the wasteland and restore their version of order to the local chaos. Abhoring mutation, they seek to restore a pure humanity. (Faction Perk: All Enclave personnel may carry an additional magazine for their primary weapon)
Brotherhood of Steel (Tan)
The Brotherhood of Steel act as a protectorate for the local people of the wasteland. They seek out and salvage old technology in an attempt to preserve the old ways of life. Spread thin and lightly armed, the Brotherhood often take on initiates from the local population to help bolster their numbers. Duty and honor are the driving force behind their struggle to maintain peace and order among the warring groups of the savage wasteland. (Faction perk: Brotherhood of Steel players may pick up and possess any technology props they find without the Technology perk)
ROLEPLAY: (Want something a little different? Try one of these factions)
Wastelander (Dirty Civilian Clothes)
People of the wasteland enjoy complete anarchist freedom. Wastelanders are not required to commit their perk points in any particular fashion. Players of this faction have the freedom to live their lives as they please. (Faction Perk: Wastelanders may carry an additional magazine for pistols or shotguns)
Trader (Dirty Civilian Clothes, Backpack or other baggage)
Traders are made up of wastelanders who have committed themselves to being neutral in all political aspects and instead have focused on making as much profit as possible. Traders deal in wares such as ammunition, medical supplies, and other props/items. They pride themselves on amassing as many caps as possible. All traders must commit one perk point to Social. (Faction Perk: Access to large amounts of supplies. Able to access all civilized areas of the game due to their neutral politics)
Raider (Dirty Civilian Clothes with Sports Pads/Equipment. Mad Max style)
Raiders are known to be vicious killers who roam the wastes looking to mess up our day. Often strung out on various chems, Raiders can be difficult to bring down. Raiders often attack settlements and traders, hoarding supplies, interrupting missions, and taking prisoners to be sold as slaves. All raiders must commit one point to chemistry.
Super Mutants (Clan Reckoning! Slots Full)
Super Mutants roam the wastes murdering and feeding on unwary travelers. Somewhat intelligent, the Super Mutant population is heavily armed, out for blood, and known to attack anyone.
