killeen, and no p put the velcro on myself, but you can have it dome on the hill by the main gate.

the Army Surplus place off the Willow Springs Exit in the strip mall attached to the Gas station. I had some done, and they got them to me the next day.  OD green & Multicam with velcro attached. |
