I am wanting to replace my Augs spring (shoots about 280fps) with one that shoots about 360-380 or around that area, If i wanted to buy a spring like that and also pay someone to replace it, how much would the cost be. I am hoping about 20 or so dollars if i give them the spring in the AUG, a old 260fps spring out of a spring m14, and maybe a few more odds and ends.

Depending on the brand of the gun, it could cost more than $16 for the parts needed. You'd need metal bushings and a metal spring guide, and whenever you change the bushings you need to reshim the gearbox. So your looking at $16 for the spring, $12 for bushings, $13 for the spring guide, $5 for a set of shims, and $5 - $10 for shipping on the parts.

You cant just replace the spring with a better one. All i want is just a better spring but i now have to go through all that as well?

You can replace just the spring if you want to, older JG's ran springs like that with plastic bushings and spring guides. However, its a good idea to change the bushings and spring guide, its just insurance that nothing will go wrong with the crap stock plastic parts, which would be more prone to breaking due to the heavier spring.
And if you have the gearbox open, relubing, correcting the angle of engagement, and making sure compression is good should also be done. Make sure you have whoever does the work on the gun do these things. These tweaks also don't cost anything.
