My friends and I are making a team with just us 6 in it ( we are thinking of a name) but we want our camo to be Urban and our patch to be Umbrella corporation of of Resident Evil, if that would be allowed due to it being one of best ideas ( some of them were terrible).

Its always a great thing to see a new group of airsoft players.
My advice is to first focus on your teams strenghts and weaknesses. That way you know how too manage your team when you are together. Let all the fancy shmancy stuff for later...it will fall into place.
But if you need any more in depth advice let me know...i have been in the same place as you. ;D

Thanks for the advice man, we have discussed our tactics but my friends insist on finding camo, and i thought the umbrella sign would go good with it. We plan on going to another game on the 25th (skirmish) and maybe buying urban camo

yea, the uniform is like 60 dollars, patches are 10$ a piece and we need 1-2 of those, i have my vest and stuff but no one else does. it would be in the hundreds area or more depending on what they (or me) decide to buy.

Uniforms and patches don't make a team. Playing together makes you a team. If it doesn't help you guys to "Play" together then it should be a lower priority.
First priority - Safety gear - Make sure each of your team mates have the gear needed to play safely. Proper Eye Protection / Face protection gloves, etc. Plenty of good options for reasonable cost. Hydration Bladder or Canteen not an option.
Second Priority - Reliable Replicas - Each member needs one to play obviously. You don't need an arsenal to start out with, just a reliable primary, and if you can afford it, a secondary of some sort. Guns break, its a unfortunate fact of our hobby. Getting on a standard or common platform to start is always best. (i.e. M4/M16) Leave the rare or niche guns for later. If your team uses all the same platform you can also share mags or parts if the need arises.
All the tacticool stuff comes after that. Plate carriers, tac vests, assault packs, all support the first two priorities.
Good luck with the team. Looking forward to seeing you guys on the field.

Yes, we have the first two priorities down, but now we need our color or camo. We all have Nice primaries and secondaries + safety gear.

i can get you new urban camo (dig or woodland type in grey) for 55.00 a set if you pre order it. also have matching boots (20.00 a pr) and black vests to finish out the outfit. i can save you some money over most other places.
