Update on the rules I found.

RGX Medic Rules:
Kriegistan/Getbakistan/NATO:
Each FULL squad will get 1 medic with 5 medic bandages labeled with the squad ID
Medic may not carry or use or touch any other squad bandages.
To bandage, the medic must properly wrap the players wounded area.
Only 1 bandage per player at any given time
If the bandage falls off, they are considered dead and must immediately respawn
Leave the bandage at respawn for collection by the Medic only
Bleed out time is 5 minutes

RGX Respawn Rules:

Kriegistan/Getbakistan:
When hit, SIT or LIE down until bleedout or medic arrives
After the 5 minute bleed out walk out to the nearest active FOB (respawn)
Once at respawn, wait 1 minute to respawn

NATO Respawn Rules:
Walk off / out of combat 50 yards, wait 1 minute

RGX Game Mechanic Insight:
RDGX will focus more on trigger control. Both sides have engaged in rapid expansive moves to attempt to control the region. As a result ammo is very limited on both sides. While the main story will force movement through the city and country side, sub story arcs will force both sides to weight out critical assets over mission objectives.

RGX Loadout and Ammo Rules:
Loadout
800 rounds or 8 – 100 rd M4 Mags. The rest of the mag combinations, YOU do the math.
800 rounds applies to your primary mags only, tornados, pistols and shells do not count toward that total. All Primary Mag Loadouts will be Verified and Checked by the MSE Staff at chrono and in game. Keep the loadout as milsim as possible, 13 pistol mags is not milsim...
Ammo - BIO BBs ONLY
BB’s = STANDARD FACTORY PACKAGED BIO BB's in BAGS or BOTTLES ONLY (NO Clear Ziploc bags) 1800 - 5000 count factory bags. You may only carry one bag at a time from the cars to your ammo cache, located in the AO. All bags of BB’s will be marked with your callsign and squad number. Your bag of BB’s will be placed in a "ammo crate" at your respawn location or FOB, ONLY there you may reload. Only EMPTY speed loaders are allowed in the AO.
All other weapons per the Standard MSE ruleset / OKI6 Rules.

RGX Briefings and WARNO's:
Primary Mission objectives and intel packets will be delivered to commanders 1 week before the game. Further missions will be given based on in game qualifiers.

the problem with looking for IEDs is that we cant do anything about them,
and
we have to see what missions will come down from higher.

as wraven said, if we freelance then we get shot at by both sides.
there will be plenty of time to look for things that go boom out there.

A lot of patches, as I recall MSE events are very strict on military patches.

word to the masses:

we've all done it...happens every time...to someone...somewhere...whether it be you, a buddy, noob, or veteran...

stayed up half the night watching band of brothers, full metal jacket, apocalypse now, or star wars clone wars, psyching up and prepping all your gear for airsoft in the morning. you pass out on the floor next to your gear, with the movie still going. wake up about 4am in a panic: "shoot! unplug the battery!!" pass out again, wake up at 7am, "oh good, 2 more hours". pass out, wake up again. it's 8:55..."CRAP I'M LATE!!" grab a poptart, throw on the same sweaty uniform from last week, toss everything into the car, peel outa the driveway like dukes of hazard, and figure you can make there in middle of the safety briefing, or after everyone's chrono'd. then, once on the open road, listening to the sweet melodies of rage against the machine/guns n roses/metallica/linkin park/tool/aerosmith/eminem (yeah, mw2 trailer, dont deny it, it's on your ipod)..............................

...........it hits you............

not to worry ladies and gents. after many an experience with this demoralizing situation, here's a "beans n' bullets" list of the absolute minimum, die-hard essentials you need to take to the field, if you bring nothing else:

redundency redundency redundency, remember remember remember:

-eye pro
-mouth/face pro
-AEG
-battery
-BBs
-uniform
-load-bearing vest
-water source
-cash

again, this is a bare minimum list. everything else is bells and whistles. remember these, and you won't have to worry about bumming too much off of mom/dad/roommates/dave....and owing them money.
