Hey guys if you dont know already the weather is not really going to be that. The high for the day is 102 and is not suppose to hit the until almost 1700 plus its going to be breezie as well so it sounds like its gonna be a nice day

Well, just wondering if we have anyone here who plays with NTA? (North Texas Airsoft)
I do, and its usually about 5 or 6 hours to drive, but its worth it. I dont know if anyone has heard of ToadVine, but he put on the last Lion Claws OP, and John Lu himself said it was the best yet. Well, now he's holding an NTA OP. Reindeer Manor, about an hour south of Dallas. I'll post a link if anyone shows interest.

No, Im not getting paid to say this, I just want to see more people from around where I am coming up there.

And no, AustinWolv, Im not trying to advertise "that" field.

Rob, I wouldn't expect that this other field is run by a psycho, so no worries. 'That' guy further proved it by living up to that description the other day. LOL!

NTA has been around for a few years. They evolved from just a DFW-area community that we used to play with regularly when the only fields up that way were in Maypearl and eventually DFWAP, along with a private, small field here and there. Lots of players have come and go over those years.

The field owner of Temple field is actually a really good guy. I have known him for about 3 years now, and he has only ever been helpful, to me and my friends. He really will help outanybody getting started inthe sport. .

thanks, this really needs to go to the ever so funny thread.
but let me say that his comments, and the resulting letter has been a big boost for the field.
what i can tell you is that more than 25 players (one from 2003) have contacted me about what he has done to them in the past and how much damage he has done in the past. many have told me they are going to give the field a try and are excited to have a place to play where it is AW free.

It's sad to see really but the thing is that WE know how great a field you run and how great a person you are.
People who are as disconnected as he is really shouldn't have the level of ego he shows. IF he had come out
before he would probably have had a god time. Yet now it's too late. His mouth has written too big of a check.

But anyways, I can't wait till tomorrow and I hope some of these new folks show up. My trigger finger is gettin itchy.
