Waiver

I read that waivers are needed for the field if you are under 18. My son wants to take his friends over to the field to play. I will be present but some of the kids parents will not be. i wanted to know if anyone could send me the waiver as like a word file or something so i can print out multiple copies and give them to the parents to sign.
