operation "NO DOG LEFT BEHIND!!!" hello all more will be coming but this is just a warning order. i would like to have everyone come on the 7th of may for a special battle. rules think of capture the flag and aussie rules football. 4-5 teams. each team has a goal (flag) and respawn point (2nd flag) each team will need to rescue a life sized stuffed dog (ball) and get it back to the goal. if you are hit while carring the dog you have to drop it. you get a point if you have the dog and touch your goal. there will be 1 or 2 dogs in play at a time. why? well all the gate fee (20.00 per person) will be going to a special group of friends. many of you know that US troops make close friends with dogs overseas, they help after missions, they keep soldiers safe, and just are a great asset for the soldiers. the problem is that when they (the soldiers) go home the dogs are often tortured and killed just for being with the US military. so all the gate fee and any donations will be going to.... www.spcai.org/baghdad-pups.htmlplease let everyone know, and if you can only make one game that month please try to make that one. thanks Dave green forces (BDU, any green based uniform): tan forces (multi cam, desert, ACU): |

This is a great thing you are doing man, we moved around a lot when I was deployed but every FOB or JSS that we moved to always had one or more dogs and they always became our friends at one point. I would love to make it out to this however I will be deploying to Afghanistan shortly before that.

you could spread the word to other airsofters for me, "we are still banned on the austin forum" and if you are going to af. for a full deployment then maybe you could identify a dog that is in need. most of them have earned a ticket here.

i have talked to a director of the SPCAI today and they are officially behind the game and will be sending some free gear and t-shirts to be given away for the game.
also i am trying to see if there is a operation Baghdad pup vet in the area to have on hand to see where the money is going to.

Dave this is an Awesome Idea. When I went over to Afghanistan back in '08 we found a small white puppy on the fob we had stopped at. We fed him for the few days we were there and then we had to leave, when we came back thru we asked about the puppy and found out that they had done just as you said, captured and tortured the poor dog. This is truly awesome.
