Note: This scenario will not make sense unless you have watched Predator movies; well for the most part it wont.
The layout:
The game will consist of either one or two human fireteams consisting of five to four people, with the mission of seeking out the "predator."
To even the balance, there's one predator per fireteam playing, and the fireteams must start off at far away ends of the field. The predators can start off wherever in the field, but at least 300 metres away from the spawn point.
Game should have time max of about 1 hour (maybe more if there are more fireteams).
Humans win when either:
-All Predator(s) are killed
-Time limit is reached
Predators win when either:
-All fireteams are dead
-Time limit is reached, with only one or two total human members remaining.
Predator overview:
The predator is the master of stealth, but since there's no affordable active camo out on the market yet, the predator can hide in a ghillie suit, or hide in structures at the town. Be creative. Now here's the nitty gritty stuff:
The Predator must have a radio, and once the game has ended (and we cant find the bugger), he must radio in, so we know he's all right.
The Predator MUST use a springer for close range kills. Shotgun recommended, to simulate the "plasma caster"
The Predator should use a long-range rifle, to simulate the "spear gun" he uses in Predator 2. Should, but not required.
The Predator has a max of 3 hits, before he is considered dead. All hits after the predator is hit are invalid.
Every time the predator is hit, they have a 60 second grace period to run to a concealed area to "heal."
Now he'res the fun part. I was thinking of a system of how to make the "predator" to stay still to heal.
My system would be to have the predator carry three hankerchiefs in a thigh or bottom leg pocket, and he has to tie one on his arm for every time he is hit. He can tie it under his ghillie suit, but he must tie one on his body. Once he has "healed," he must shout at his position that he has healed. (In the movie, when the predator has healed himself, he roars) If the predator is found whilst healing, he is automatically considered "dead"
Esentially, a sniper should fill the Predator role. It'd be awesome if we have an ex-mil sniper for this role.
Theres plenty of places the predator can hide, mainly the town and tall grass. Im sure they can be creative.
Fireteam members:
It should be noted that there should be an OC nearby the fireteams, mainly for safety reasons. The OC should know if a predator is out.
Otherwise, they simply have to abide by the "standard" field rules.
Humans have one hit there is one predator.
If there are two predators, the humans get two hits. Once they are hit, they must wait at control tower. Then, they can only go out after 5 minutes pass.
It should probably stressed that teamwork would be essential for this. Otherwise the predator can just pick off members one by one, but we'll leave that for the team to figure out
Feel free to add any revisions and suggestions for the scenario.
EDIT: I just got an idea from a friend about a "get to da choppa!" scenario for predators.
The fireteam must extract an HVT to a "choppa." located at the end of the field. 1 randomly selected HVT per fireteam. The HVT is not known to the predator.
The game ends when either the HVT(s) makes it to the "choppa" or the Predator kills the HVT. The HVT does not get a respawn.
For a scenario with more than 1 Predator, once the HVT attached to a fireteam is killed, the rest of the fireteam must find a way to assist their other fireteam's HVT.
