BIO
Hello everyone my name is Noe, but everyone knows me by Neo or if your name is Paul and Erik... El Jefe "The Boss".
I am the CO of Waco's F.A.S.T. based out of Waco, TX and I am part of the regular group of people that play every weekend. So you will see me there at some point for sure.
I have been playing Airsoft since 2007, so about 4 years now. The first year was spent researching and learning as much as I could about the sport before I jumped in it. I learned that it takes a lot of time and funds to get the gear and learn the tactics... but I also learned that it take patience... lots of it, but all in all it pays off in the end.
I am not specifically trained in any martial arts, military tactics, or law enforcement. But that does not mean I don't know some bits and pieces of each, so I know how to carry myself out on the field and players that have played alongside me or against me will let you know that fact.
As for my gear and weapons... I have gathered it all over 4 years and about $2000. Sounds like a lot but spread that over 4 years and it's not so bad.
Weapons
KWA KM4 RIS: My Primary Field Weapon. Shoots at about 380-390fps. Effective range of about 150ft which is fine because thats what I want it to reach. The only upgrade is a longer tightbore inner barrel of the 6.01mm variety.
ICS SIG 552 Commando: My Primary CQB Weapon. Shoots at about 360-370fps. Effective range of about 100ft. No upgrades... just modifications.
SOCOM Gear 1911 MEU: My Secondary Weapon. Shoots at about 320-330fps (Propane/Green Gas). Effective range of about 50ft. The only upgrade is a tightbore inner barrel of the 6.03mm variety. Gives me the advantage of slight range and accuracy.
KWC Smith & Wesson M&P 40 (Co2): Newest addition to My arsenal. manufacturer states 400fps with a Co2 capsule. Effective range of about 60ft. Since I haven't tested it fully I'm not sure if the fps is true but i have shot it a couple of times and it seems to have that 60ft range maybe a little less but close enough.
I have a bunch of springer weapons that I will not mention on here because I don't use them very much at the field anyway.
Gear
My Heavy Load Out: OE TECH Tear Away Plate Carrier (Tan) with an OE TECH Utility MOLLE Pouch for miscellaneous items, OE TECH MOLLE Open Top Triple M4/M16 Pouch, OE TECH Kangaroo Pouch that holds an M4/M16 mag and a pistol mag, OE TECH MOLLE Ammo Dump Pouch, and a CamelBak Ambush AB 500 Hydration Pack holds about 3 liters of water plenty for the field.
My Light Load Out: Elite Tactical Vest (Black) it comes with 6 mag pouches 3 on each side of the vest, and 2 miscellaneous pouches which I use for a dead rag and a tube holder for my CamelBak which is the same as the other one except in black.
Pistol Holster is a BlackHawk SERPA holster in black for a 1911. It is a great holster the pistol stays put, no jiggling or wobbles. It stays there until you press the release button.
