Okay, so I noticed that a lot of missions involve just one victory condition, whether it is capture the flag or attrition or what-not. These scenarios boil down to each side opposing the other in a symmetric battle style. There is no real need for intel, because you know what the enemy's aim is.
Here's a mission idea that can change that and introduce a need to pay attention to what the enemy is doing. Create 5 or 6 mission dossiers ranging from capture flags, rescue a VIP, set a bomb, hold an area, etc. At the beginning of the match, both teams draw a dossier for their victory conditions, and whoever completes those conditions first wins the match. This will teach players the importance of watching what the enemy is doing rather than focusing on slinging plastic downrange; it will also stress the need for good unit communication.

I like the idea. The only thing I could see it going wrong is if you have players doing their own thing (which seems to happen during the usual Saturday game). Other then that if you have clear objectives sounds like a badass idea.

This could be really cool if implemented well.

As long as the OC's know what the win conditions are and the team leaders fully brief their team on their objective, it shouldn't matter if you get players doing their own thing. In fact, it should drive the lesson home even firmer: go off and do your own thing, your team loses because you weren't on-task.
