I actually had that same problem for awhile, then the next day it magically loaded when I gave it one last try.

What's the URL? And I don't think the site has a file size limitation, only pixel size - but I could be wrong. Post the URL here and I'll see if I notice anything wrong.

this is due to the weather not being able to make up its mind.
