Ok lets try this again Operation Iron Cross WWII battle Sept 18 2010 gates open 08:00 first mission 09:30 break for lunch 11:30 restart 12:30 end of mission 16:00 Location temple airsoft field, (kookaburra hill farm) Allied and soviet forces try to eliminate German forces in early spring 1945. Rules will be the standard capture the flag, with 15 flag points around the entire property to capture and respawn from. Each flag will be worth 1 point, and counted every hour. All 7 fields in play. Free overnight camping (Friday). Cost 25.00. People are encouraged to be in uniform WWII, but not mandatory. More rules to follow. AEG hard limit 400 FPS Spt weapons and snipers hard limit 500 FPS All players must have self-sealing goggles or facemask, dead rag, at least 1 ltr of water with them, appropriate foot wear. No inappropriate uniforms (black SS) Sponsors Kapowwe All era militaria Full on site shop with guns, BBs, parts, mags, uniforms, gear, helmets, etc.. Units represented so far Allied 1. Respawn rules: there will be 15+ respawn points on the field. A player must find the closest respawn point near to where he was hit. From there they must find the next closest respawn point from there and go to that point. When he gets to that point he will touch the flag poll and is then back in the game.
No medics in play.
Registration ends 11 Sept or when we have 100 players
If you do not have a WWII uniform,
US forces: Green / woodland
Soviet forces: Tan / multi cam / all desert
German: Gray / any German camouflage (dot, splinter, tan and water, oak, etc) / ACUs
Again it is NOT mandatory to have WWII uniforms or guns.

Some people have ask for uniforms for the event. So I have put together some uniform packages for the event at a discount. I hope this kick starts WWII events in Texas.
US
HBT uniform (trousers and jacket), hat, black jump or tan modern boots (your choice), patch,(your choice) trouser belt. 150.00
Add 18.00 for helmet.
German
Smock (army splinter or SS oak), hat, gray wool pants, e-German high boots.
110.00
Add 85.00 for helmet
Africa corps uniforms (olive) hat, trousers, jacket 220 with insignia.
Add 70.00 for helmet
I also have all the webbing and other gear on hand at the store.
You must order the uniforms prior to the game for me to have them ready for pick up at the site.

Registration for temple air soft fields 18 sept battle starts today.
Please speak up if you are going to attend.
Update the MOUT site is undergoing a major upgrade for the event and will be around 35- 40 buildings to fight over.

looks like at least 30+ (im being cautious) right now with people from SA / north texas / local and austin area groups.
didnt help with LSA banning me over something really really small and silly.

quality field, quality players, quality games. you should leave with no power in your bats, no BBs, and be tired as heck.

with 200 guns and lots of extra stuff to lend / rent / sell.
my policy is that if your bat goes dead i will loan you one if i can to finish out the day.
