Hello, I am moving to Fort Hood here in a couple of days. My dad is Active Army and i am a current future soldier who ships in september.
I'm looking for a home to play the sport i love! How much does it cost to play? The games are every saturday correct?
Thank you!

Also, on CQB days, will it be CQB all day or just part of the day?
On August 11th for example.

Welcome to the area, play days are usually 20$ unless otherwise stated for that day. There is no set CQB days, it's whatever the customer wants to play by a general consenus. Check the calender for play dates as well, for now games will be in the evening due to the Texas heat. Again welcome to the area.

Check the forums, playing days usually a free day Wednesday, and a longer/or night game for $20 on Saturdays, but sometimes Dave will have the store open, you just gotta look for it.

Let me warn you up front. I went in October of 2010 and it was the coldest winter of my life. Leonardwood is miserable. Prepare yourself. I will however give you a quick tip to staying warm; jog in place, constantly do pt. They don't issue you enough gear to stay warm. And prepare to miss out on 1/4 to 1/2 your training due to the cold (Commander's discretion at 9F and all training stops period at -9F just to clue you in). On family day, see if you can make a trip to springfield or something because there is nothing to do in St Roberts. You might be lucky to finish basic before exodus.
