Upgraded internals that are shimmed properly also a mosfet would be most beneficial.

HELP!!!

It depends on the gun, you could get away with just reshimming, radiusing the gearbox, relubing, and correcting AoE. But after a while (could be 50 rounds, could be 5000, you never know) your piston will probably strip, and after a few more rounds (again, you never know how many) your gears may or may not strip, depending on what kind they are. And if you have a V2 gearbox and you don't radius the shell it could crack at the front after even more rounds. No, you don't need to replace everything, but you could very well end up replacing everything over time. And if you do it incrementally you'll end up getting more mileage out of it.
That said...Google is your friend, we won't spoon feed you a list of parts to buy, there are hundreds of topics just like this on other forums that are all just a Google search away.

Basically your asking the same question just worded differently. Not trying to be a dick or anything. 11.1 and a 10.8 a roughly the same, difference one being lipo and one not. Again as said before google goes a long way.

Actually an 11.1v lipo is quite a bit more powerful than a 10.8v, an 11.1v is more like a 12v nimh, if not more powerful.
