I thought it might be cool(but probably kinda expensive) to build a small building for indoor cqb and have it in regular games and just require the use of lighter weapons while in it. Open to thoughts and criticism. Just an idea for the future. Let me know what you think.

You mean it should be built in 18 months or beginning in 18 months?

we are hoping for a larger store in 18 months and that will let us make the current store transfer to a players / CQB building.

is there a reason why you would have a indoor CQB opposed to an outdoor?
There would be more maintence involved, also closed buildings with very little aircirculation = heat injury waiting to happen. The cost alone would set anything like that back. The town asks as a hybrid for field/CQB. I good mixture. Airsoft is not big in the area, it's still getting out there.

I think an indoor building with access to the outdoor part of the field would be cool. To give Dave's field an even more diverse setting. And a way to get to the roof for sniping and fortifying the building. Rooms if possible. Windows and a staircase or ladder.

its a money thing, with a inside enviroment you can make it modgular and move things around as a multi use building. and the shop is really larger than most houses (per sq ft).
in the field (town) some major changes have happened this week and you will see more CQB friendly areas.

I agree with spider it would be cool and it would also be great for sniping. But I also get that it would be very expensive.

I imagine that you'd have a lower velocity limit and no minimum engagement distance.
