How about a mix day, ranging from just straight up Team deathmatch, to something like save the pilot or hostage. Some gametypes would be Wingman, TD, Rush (like bf3), Capture the flag, hold the objective, One life battle in the trenches or town, multi team battle, survival, Ground control ( all use of field, one team on one side and one on the other have to control the whole field to win or almost all flags, And one i thought of, 1 guy starts with a gun, and the rest have to run, as he shoots them they are on his team or out until everyone is dead or on his team.

this is due to the weather not being able to make up its mind.
