Depends on how much you like to shoot. How many mags does your rig let you carry?

Depending on how big your hi-cap mags are you should only need about 4, any more than that and you might as well get a drum mag instead.

Depends on how much you like to shoot. How many mags does your rig let you carry? I have one right now that holds 4 but getting a coyote brown plate carrier for lightweight stealth. And so I was wondering what all I need to get for it (mag holding wise). I need to stop getting mags then because I have 5 for my M4

About how many rounds can your hi-caps hold? That is another thing to think about and the weight of all the fully loaded mags too.

400 each I have 6 soon to be 7 I would say stop with number you have now considering you have 2400 rounds of bbs total with 6 mags.

I personally would stop at 4. But mostly, so long as you have at least 1500 rounds of you you have enough.

Or one match depending on how trigger happy you are.

You also need to consider your the field or OP you are playing. Some OPs, especially the milsim ones, have limits to hicaps.
Geddons Games OPs, OKI, etc, all have general HiCap limits. Games like OP: Aftermath coming up have NO hicaps at all.
If there's no restriction, i suppose you carry as many as you can afford and wish to carry at once.
