Hello my name is Bradley. I am 23 years old and I have been airsofting for almost 2 years, I have just moved to Bryan TX and I am interested in meeting up some local players. I use a S&T G36K that shoots at 370 FPS with .30g bbs. I have desert camo with tan gear as I got my start airsofting in Yuma AZ so I am not sure how well I will blend in with the trees unless I can find a dead brown patch. I also run a JG MP5K that I have customized to my liking, It shoots at around 275FPS with .20g bbs. I have experience in playing at outdoor areas. For pictures check my facebook page: www.facebook.com/profile.php?...7391&sk=photos

Welcome to the area, just FYI your g36 is shooting to hot for most fields, unless you plan on using it as a DMR. In which case certain rules apply. Each field has it's own rules in Texas. But anyways welcome to the area, come check out Temple field sometime.

Hippie, The field is in Temple, TX. If you look under questions from players and answers there is coordinates on how to pull it up on Google Earth. If you are thinking about going to Reforger then you are welcome to car pool with my team up there. That way you dont have to drive and you get to met some local players. No problem, there will be plenty of Ops coming up i'm sure. Just keep active on the forums, and we'll see you on the field soon enough. Good luck on the job hunt.

Thank you, Is there a limit to how many mags you can run during a game here?

Depends on the Op. Weekly skirmish normally no limits, on mags or types. Some of milsim type ops, will be midcaps or realcaps, and may restrict your bb capacity per load out. Just depends.

I was wondering about that because I run 14 140rd midcaps or my 3000rd drum with my G36K and 19 100rd midcaps with my MP5K.

Depending on how long the match is I only go thru about 6 G36 mags sometimes more sometimes less it all depends. I don't know about my MP5K yet as I have yet to really use it.

You guys use a lot of ammo. I use 1-2 max with my M14. Even with my Line-o-bb's M4 I only use about 4

Most of the time I used the drum if my team needed a support gunner.

This weekend at Reforger I didnt even go thru 5 mid cap magazines over the entire day. Thats over three different battles. I also am a firm believer in using semi only.
