Dave talked to me about setting one up. So I went to range control and asked if they had any shot up pop up targets. I tried getting new ones or even the 3-D Silhouettes but paperwork was involved. Getting shot up ones was easier. I have 6 targets, gonna try to get some 2x4 to nail it on, and cut out a point to hammer into the ground at the chrono / shoot range.
Ill set one up at :
20 50 100 130 150 and 180
I'll Spray paint the distance on the silhouettes, Dave has some buckets out there on stakes already so i'll put those in between. I'll head out there early Sat. and have it set up.

A nice touch would be tied up camoflauged balloons, thats how we zero in our long ranged rifles before we hit up any operation.

good idea, sounds like something we can do for a sniper contest at the town or hedges.
