the field team is standing up to help with training and to go to other fields in the future.
positions will be open starting next week.
uniforms will run 35.00 for pants, jacket, insignia, and hat.
the unit will follow basic east block / russian units.
this will be a NO BS unit, ask to join only if you want to bring something to the table.
first slots...
A-06 squad leader (any rifle)
A-11 infantry (any rifle)
A-12 infantry (any rifle)
A-13 infantry (any rifle)
A-14 infantry (any rifle)
A-15 infantry (any rifle)
A-16 infantry (any rifle)
S-010 sniper
S-011 sniper
SG-010 support gunner
SG-011 support gunner
E-010 engeneer (mines, claymore)
M-010 medic (rifle and medic bag)

Is this the field sponsored "coalition" team? What is the training that it is helping out with? What camo pattern is the uniform? Is there any gear requirements/restrictions?

this will be a field team that can be used as a OPFOR against nat guard / USMC / law enforcement during off days, also it will be the deployable team from the field to do battle at other venues.
uniforms will NOT be any current military type uniforms due posibly going up against them.
i will have the prototype uniform in a week or two.
the gear (vest, pouches etc will be woodland or green) the uniform will be a dark BDU pattern, again will have it soon.

ok guys, as of right now i am taking names of people who want to join.
uniforms will be....
green jungle uniform $60.00
insignia ... issued
tan boots.... issued
splinter over smock .... issued
blue Barrett with insignia .... issued
splinter cap.... issued
web gear or plate carrier ..... green or woodland players choice.
items given out will be loaned and returned when leaving the unit.

What is the jungle pattern? A search turned up what looked like woodland, and some tiger stripe.

I'm under 18 so wouldnt I still be required to wear full face protection at the field? Seems like that would kinda hinder my abilities to wear a berret.

I'd think the beret would be more a garrison/stage area option... then when you hit the field and take things tactical... switch to the splinter cap. Just my .02 |
